<p>Family and myself went to the Dros in monument road this evening for the 20th Aniversary special. After standing in the queue a very long time on a Autum / Winter night in Johannesburg a steady stream of possible patrons were grumbling about the fact that they should have just stayed home as they walked past. Evetually getting to the entrance the Manager/door man Johan Strydom told us that if we came for the special it was sold out but if we came for the regular menue we could come in. No apologies just the statement. Then he backed this up with you can try again next week - I guess this is the same thing Lotto says "tata ma chance"</p> <p>My negative custumer experience tonight would have been reduced had the manager/ doorman taken the inititive to tell the people in the queue that stock had run out instead of telling each family at the door the line given above "the special it was sold out but if we came for the regular menue we could come in'. Maybe it was to cold for him outside?</p> <p> </p>
