Quality of food

On the 7 November I took my family to Dros Gateway for dinner. We ordered our dinner and my wife ordered fish and chips. After waiting more than half an hour my wife received her dinner. We had to send this back because it was not cooked. The manager came to me and told me he will sort it out. After fifteen minutes we received the fish and chips, again it was not cooked. I even went to another table and the people told me that this wasn't cooked. They also complained about the food and service. My sons order was also taken incorrectly. He ordered a combo burger and received mince on a roll. After almost an hour he received the right order. I took pictures of the fish and chips and send it through to a number on the bill I even informed him that I was not happy. To date no one even had the decency to contact me<br>
