Pulled pork disappointment

On June 16, 2016 (Thursday) myself and my boyfriend attended a 21st Birthday Party at Dros Willowbridge, I ordered a chicken schnitzel and my boyfriend ordered their new pulled pork burger. My meal arrived first, and then 2 minutes later his order arrived, the only problem was, it was by no definition a pulled pork burger, it was in fact a rib burger patty and a piece of pork steak topped with bacon. Laughing, we called the waiter and told him he must have switched up the orders as that was not what we ordered, but he reassured us that was definitely the pulled pork burger. Obviously shocked, I went down to meet with the manager and calmly explained that the burger we received was definitely not pulled pork as we order this often at different restaurants and know what its suppose to look and taste like - I even went so far as to explain to her how to prepare! She seemed to understand, but referred me to the kitchen manager to whom I repeated the entire story. He rep**** with “we only started it yesterday, but the customers said they wanted it whole, not apart”. A bit confused, I again stated that that was not what we wanted or ordered. He then said he will make us a new one, to which I pointed out that it would take 4-6 hours, which I do not have. He told me he only had to warm up yesterdays “actual” pulled pork and that he will comp. the meal and give it to me as a takeaway. All sorted out, I went back to my seat and told the bf he could eat the pork burger he got and that we would get a real pulled pork burger as a takeaway. After we paid the bill we went down to collect our takeaway but was told to wait 5min, about 25min later we finally got the takeaway in a box and baggy and went to the car. Once home, my bf opened the box expecting a decent pulled pork burger, but found a very similar burger to the first, except it was missing a top bun, the bacon and it now had guacamole added to it…. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed and would like a good explanation regarding the pulled pork burger (x2) fiasco. Regards, Monty.
