portions and service

on the 27/03/2016 i took my wife,my brother and sister in law to gateway dros for my wife's birthday.on arrival we noticed there isn't any sauces like dros sweet chilli or prego sauce on the tables.the waiter wrote our order down and on arrival my sister in law didn't received her chips,i ordered fried calamari and received grilled calamari without any batter .we received only 2 serviettes for 4 persons.the rice in my pan was about 2 tables****s and i asked for extra rice instead of chips. my brother ordered a 300gram steak and it was so thin and full of fat.because it was my wife's birthday i didn't want to make a seen and calmly told the waiter what was wrong and he responded that he will tell the kitchen manager.we sat for a while after our meal and nobody attended to my concern.after leaving dros we stopped at a spar to get extra food,because of the extra small portions we received.i don't mind paying for a good meal,but then what you receive must hold value,in this case a total loss of money and quality time with my family.
