Poor Service from Manageress at Dros

I Booked my kiddies Birthday party with her about about 2 months ago. When I phoned to confirmed the booking nothing was booked I then booked it with a gentleman name by Wellington. I then got a call from her 3 days before the Birthday party from her I then told her when i phoned to confirmed you never made the booking I then told her that I have moved the party for 13:00 and for 20 people. I got there to set up and nothing was Done nobody knew anything. I then told the waiter to go and call Tracey only to looked me in the eye if am stupid. She then went into the back only when my Husband started to complain then she came out to move the tables and tell the staff what to after that she did not even appologise or came out of the office to follow up if everything was ok. I am very dissapointed in the Dros Service and Management skills its totally unaceptabble!!!!
