Poor service

We normally enjoy the Dros, and think the one in Waterkloof Ridge is excellent. As a result, when in Middelburg this weekend, we went there on Friday evening for supper. Service was poor from the start, we asked for a booth and were promised one as soon as one became available. We then saw three other couples who arrived after us being given booths. We never received a booth. I ordered the grilled calamari, it arrived and was crumbed, not grilled. My wife ordered the chicken schnitzel with veg (pumpkin and spinach). It arrived with chips and no veg - we had to ask again for the veg and your Manager then had the audacity to ask \Are we sure? Have we perhaps not eaten it already?"The chicken was completely raw we had to send it back.
