Nothing on advertised special

we came for a Fathersday lunch to enjoy the Lamb Shank special at 11:30. When ordering it it was out of stock! How does a restaurant of this caliber neglect to have the stock advertised on one of the most important Sundays of the commercial calendar. I doubt if they will ever see any of our 12 family members again
