Nightmare Valentine’s day at Dros

<p>Tonight, the 14th of February 2017 has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. After a long day at work my cousin and I decided to take our wives and kids out for Valentine’s dinner at Dros Steak Ranch (25, Tokai Shopping Centre, 20 Malibongwe). We hoped to make memories, and we did!! Very horrible memories! Upon arrival, we stood at the entrance with no one coming to welcome us but there were waiters right in front of.us. We had a bunch of waiters coming to ask us for our orders, which was very confusing as to who our waiter was, as though that is not enough, our drinks came after we ordered but the kids had their drinks 10minutes later after us, not knowing if small milkshakes take that long to make. That would have gone unnoticed if we had the rest of the service acceptable.</p> <p>To cut the long story short, we had a lady wearing a white shirt coming to clear our plates. She literally threw food into our doggy bags right in front of us. This lady wore a very stinking attitude. I wondered if at all she was a trained waiter or maybe still training. I was shocked to hear that she was actually a manager in the shop. We complained to the other male manager on duty who humbly apologized for his colleague’s attitude and bad service. Feeling a bit calmed we decided to call it a night and stood to leave. Having heard that we complained about her service, this lady confronted our wives in full view of everyone in the shop. She literally blocked our way, and went on about how no one wanted to serve us in the beginning but she came to our rescue, and that we should be thankful she served us.</p> <p>She raised her voice so loud that it drew the attention of everyone in the shop while shouting at us. She said she wasn’t going to apologize for anything, told us we were being jealous of her and called us the “F” word in front of our kids. She asked us why we came there in the first place, who invited us. I took a pic of her as she was fuming and in return she followed us to our car and started taking pictures of our registration plate claiming she too can do it and went on swearing.</p> <p>We came for an experience, and we surely got one. Never again will I visit this Dros or recommend any one I know to this store. I will be glad if action is taken against her as she will tannish the name of the business as well as hurt a lot of people’s feelings. I can best describe her as a psychopath, possessed woman and carries with her the most disgusting attitude I have ever seen.</p>
