Horrific experience

<p>Never in my life have I experienced such terrible service ! The manager Gordon and the waiter Themba ignored us as we enquired about food. I waited for 1 hour and 45 min. .. only to receive the coldest meal of my life that didn't even come with the drink which was meant to accompany the meal. ****ing unbelievable. Total waste if time and appetite! </p>
