Horrible service!

<p>On the 08th-11-16 we went to Dros in Mokopane. We ordered a seafood platter for 2, 2 pizzas and milkshakes for kids. We waited for the order for about an hour. When it was brought, it was not complete. When I asked the waiter he said he forgot. The manager came with a very small platter that was not enough for one person and when we asked he admitted that the platter is small and he will talk to the kitchen staff. The next thing he was saying there is nothing he can do but he will just have to make sure it doesn't happen again. We called the waiter and showed him the platter of which he also agreed it was small and thereafter, he vanished.. We didn't even get the cutlery, I guess we had to use our hands to eat. I ended up cancelling the other pizza and milkshake that they brought and settled for Debonairs instead. I am horrified at the poor level of service received, especially from the manager who was meant to take care of the situation at hand but failed dismally. I don't see myself recommending any of my friends and family to that restaurant ever!</p>
