Harrassment by car guards

Last night we were harassed y the car guards to leave the place. we saw them chasing cars to pay them whilst we were still hanging out. They informed us that they work for dros but why force people to pay and even chase cars for payment? They are dangerous as opposed to keeping your customers safe. they can be dangerous when they want money so just have a word with them else you will loose customers because of them.
