Dross service suck

We always go the the dross in Kempton park in glen marais as it the closest one to us and the service was always very gud and very friendly. But yesterday that changed , the one patron at our table waited half an hour for his drink witch was a normal brandy special. we waited 15 min just for a card machine to pay the bill. there was no toilet paper in woman's bathroom. they had out the 4 wines we wanted they they did not have stock off
