DROS - Willobridge Bad Service

<p>I just want to say that Dros Willobridge has a ****py service, firstly i called Dros as they had a new special every wednesday you can get a burger, chips and onion rings with a hunters dry for R20 , i called Dros willobridge to find out whether i could get take aways for this special and the guy said yes i could but i would not be able to take the alcohol which was fine with me i then confirmed with him and gave him my name and surname. I then arrived at Dros to find out they cant give me the take aways after i confirmed with the man and that i would need to sit there , bare in mind that i have work and i work at uwc so i went in my lunch time just to collect , the manager was extremly rude and did not want to assist or budge eventhough i had confirmed with a guy. This was my first time at DROS and i will never go again because of this ****py service and waisting my petrol to get there and got nothing out of it but hungry colleagues , i wanted to order 5 burgers. I will state that i will never concider going there and i will spread the word, I didnt know that a manager cant take responsibility of the colleagues and sort the situation out rather than pass the buck around . I want this sorted out today</p>
