Dros Vanderbijlpark Disrespectful service staff ( Rasta & Tony)

On the evening of the 3rd Feb,

I with my friends went to dros for a take away order as when we arrived at the store it was 20:21 and our waiter apparently his name is ”Rasta” who took our order and somehow forgot some of our drink orders and as it was a take away order when he brought the drinks he also brought the bill. The Bill was 399.75, then the missing drink order never came, then I took a conscious decision not to tip him besides gratitude it is not compulsory. As a friend went out to pay the bill with my Card, Rasta complaint that we are not tipping him, then my friend inform him that one of the drinks which was ordered never came. He got upset then he came and threw a R20.00 note on my face and said “That is my Tip for you for not tipping me, you May now leave “, with all due respect I left the R20 on the table and went to the car, then on my friends decided to ask what is wrong and he had a bad attitude and told my friend that he has enough money. Calm as I was I got out of the car and informed the manager so that he reprimands him, then still he continued with the same attitude and throwing the 20 Rands in my face. Then one of the ladies who is the manager came to mitigate the situation , then another waiter by the name of Tony intervened and sided with what Rasta was doing and also disrespected the manager and said “they go through hell for them not to be Tipper” Manager took my details and promised to contact me tomorrow.

The Store owner should review his service Staff because somehow there might be a lot going wrong in the store without him knowing since even managers fear the service staff
