Dros Vanderbijlpark destroyed my perfect evening
Good day Before giving this review I must just state that I emailed there head office and till today they have not even had the decency to respond. My wife decided to treat our family for my 40th birthday at the Dros on Thursday the 13th April, we arrived there just after 7pm we asked would they be closing soon and the waiter that served us repeatedly assured us that there was no rush, we ordered our starters and all was going so well until that clock struck 8pm and our main course arrived first while I was watching the highlights on there t.v a waitress switched it off after that we started hearing this loud sound and extremely strong chemical smell we turn around and here were the waiters moving the tables and chairs around us and started cleaning. We felt so uncomfortable and rushed that we had to ask the waiter for take away boxes so that we could leave. Even after complaining to the waiter not even a glimpse of a manager to even try and calm the situation down, Dros really destroyed my 40th they took a celebration and turned it into a complete stuff up. I just can not believe that the Dros that had such a reputation has become a complete stay away place to go. We spent over R1000 to be disrespected and rushed to leave so that they could go home, shows you what poor management does to a business. Thank you Dros Vanderbijlpark for destroying what could of been a perfect Birthday. You will never see me nor family nor friends at you restaurant again. Remember word of mouth goes a long way
