Disgusting

I went to dros in Kempton Park today at around 08:30. I ordered the calamari special which the radio add on your website is R35 but I got charged R45. I waited more than a half an hour and there was only about 5 customers in the restaurant. The calamari was put into cold oil as it was very oily and soggy and undercooked. My wife’s eggs were also undercooked and the coke’s that you charge at 300% of the price don’t even come from the fridge. I’m disgusted.
