Disgusting!

<p>NEVER eat at Dros Silver Lakes!</p> <p>I'm am utterly appalled at the service and quality that I received at your establishment tonight.</p> <p>After fighting of the flies in the booth where we were sitting, the waiter was unfriendly. After placing our food orders and waiting in excess of 45 min for burgers, I then did not receive what I ordered.</p> <p>The waiter had the audacity to argue with me. And eventually conceded after he went to fetch a menu. (Please explain how you have wait staff that do not know the menu).</p> <p>He then said he will fix the order and I refused to wait another 45min for food.</p> <p>My friend who was with me had a dros burger. The sauce was split and there was so much BBQ sauce on the patty and bun that it was soggy.</p> <p>There was zero management presence. The manager didn't even come and apologise for the order stuff up. And it's not like you were busy.</p> <p>This is utterly disgusting! I will never recommend you to anyone!</p>
