Complete bad experience

<p>My wife and I want for Lunch on monday 31/07/2017 at Worcester Dros. To begin with all of the daught machines were awaiting service (so none was available), then my beer glass arrived very dirty with my tin can draught beer, when trying to order food: calamari, snails, lamb shank, lamb neck and all ribs were not available. Thereafter the cutlery was poorly washed and the manageress/our waitress could not handle a customer issue at all and gave poor excuses that has nothing to do with making all the previous problems easily acceptable. We eat out often, are easy to please and are willing to happily pay for good service. We even tried to phone ********** to report but the person who answered was completely clueless! Please reply</p>
