bill problem

Me and a friend were at dros willowbridge 11/07/2015. We had a bottle of wine for my friend, a steak and salad, a burger and a play for me. My friend put R200.00 cash in bill and I told the waiter to take R150.00 from my card. She took R350.00 from my card and the R200.00 cash so I paid R550.00 for a R350.00 bill. When I got there the waiter said she knows nothing about the R200.00. Her service was not even close as good as R230.00 and I did not even want to give her R30.00 and the manager just say he can do nothing. That is a sad that a company name gets thrown in the water by staff. The matter is that they took R200.00 to much and cant seem to give it back so I would like to bring this under as many peoples attention as possible. Waiting for your reply.
