Bad service n food

Where should i start.....bringing meals short of the accompaniments, the manager not caring. Steak supposed 2 b medium it was so cremated beyond words and they want u to pay the bill and leave a tip. Last time at that place. I rather go 2 Dros Hatfield or Silverlakes....appaling!!!!!
