Bad Service, Bad Food, no response from them.

On arrival no one greeted us and we stood around at the entrance for about 10 minutes before someone walked past and decided to help us.<br> We were seated and then waited another 5 minutes before someone brought us a menu. We had two children with us but no Kiddies menus were supp****, I had to go and find one.<br> We placed a drinks order and waited 20 minutes for that to arrive. Our waiter was never present. We couldn't even find him to place the food order.<br> Not once in that half an hour that we were waiting for our food to arrive did we see our waiter, no offers to refill drinks or assure us that the food was on its way. I eventually went go and complain. No manager to be found anywhere!<br> When the food did arrive in drips and drabs my ribs were ice cold and the chips tasted like they had been reheated in a microwave oven. I asked them to please warm up the ribs. They came back luke warm.<br> The ribs I can honestly say were the worst tasting, toughest ribs I have ever eaten.<br> I took my young son to the toilet only to find the one urinal overflowing with urine, the floor was wet and filthy and the bathroom stank.<br> I've emailed a complaint to their head office and have had no reply.
