BAD SERVICE - UNDERSTATEMENT OF THE YEAR<br> <br> There are always limited staff, only two tills open but queues are standing down the aisles, while staff are standing at the cigarette counter chatting away like there is nothing to do. This is everyday not only some days but every day.<br> <br> Service was terrible, our food was cold and wrong, not once did the waiter get any order correct, we had to ask the manager to please clean the table and still it was not done, it was my birthday and I had the most horrific evening of my life, the kids orders were wrong, this is really bad, I will make sure I tell everyone I know/meet about this bad dros experience, we were sitting there how long without anything to drink nobody would even just ask how are things... I mean really our bill were over R2000.00 and still bad service from the waiter. He did not even supply wet wipes or anything for our hand after we ordered prawns, the Carpaccio was disgusting<br> <br> I will not go to this restaurant again...
