bad service

<p>We got to dros in gateway and sat for more than 30 min waiting for sevice and we not attended to for a while. After a while we went up to one of the waiters behind a desk and they told us they are to busy to help as he was doing calculations. This was really bad service that we experienced. After sitting and not being attended to, I tried to get the mangers with no luck. </p>
