Bad customer service

We went in to eat, no one was there to attend to us. Then Nomsa passed by in the Dros uniform and we asked for assistance and she said we could sit anywhere. We sat and we never had any assistance. I asked one waiter to call her and she refused to come and looked irritated when she was called.
