Bad bad service

my fiend and i meet at dros silverton most days of the week after work . this is not the first time i had had bad service . the waiters does not ask you if you need anything or if everything is oky you have to walk to them where they stand outside and chat with each other and then you wait 45 min for 2 beers and hot chocolate , when its time to pay i said i want to pay with a card the waiter said she will be back with the card machine and yet another 30 past and she is not in sight . another waiter assisted me with the payment she swiped the chipped card and it declined i did not even enter my pin she looked at me like i did not have the money to pay ! i said try again please she looked at me like how dare you and then the payment went through i have never been disgusted with Dros before i will make sure no one i know will go the Dros silverton again
