Angry and humiliated

After being humiliated last tuesday evening at the okavango dros in kraaifontein/langeberg ridge by the manager Shana i contacted head office on wednesday morning.I only recieved feedback friday afternoon after phoning out all my airtime to speak to the receptionist.When the man contacted me he said he was from head office and that he was at that dros that perticular night and that he is aware of what happened.(I did not even get a case number?!)<br> <br> Shana the manager whom was so rude and disrespectfull told me that she has friends in the head office.Now i know why she wasnt bothered when i said im going to email head office.<br> The man acted like i was lying in my complaint saying that she's not such a person,I then told him too look on the camera at the time we were there......Im still waiting for them to contact me.<br> <br> Shana was right she sure does have friends at the head office.<br> <br> So dissapointed,They will never see me or my friends/family again.
