Poor Service and Bad Food

Excited to spend a afternoon at the new Dros, my husband, myself and my son expected good food good service while watching the rugby. What we got was disgraceful! Our waiter was split between to many tables in different areas. He was too busy. We ordered Mamma's platter which took 40 minutes but calamari was chewy and burnt, prawns had to flavor. A little chips and rice which was cold. My son ordered a Lemon twist but was told it was sold out but a table close by git one 10 minutes later. All clients around us was complaining about the quality of food, its a disgrace. New spot but service has gone down. You will not see us again! What a waste of R400! We are very disappointed.
