Bad experience

The experience we had at the Dros in Sunward park was appalling.Frank the mananager did not acknowledge the fact that we were unhappy about the service and food.I ordered an oxtail with salad and mash.Half an hour later the waiter Epriam told us there was no oxtail.Then an hour later I ordered a lamb neck stew.Only to find out there was no lamb neck.I then ordered a lamb Shank, mash potatoes and Greek salad.I didn’t receive my salad.My husbands food was dry and over cooked.The waiter Epriam had no concept of giving good service.We kept on asking for cutlery exct.We have been there 3 times and each time there was a problem.The standard of the Dros in service, attention to detail and the bad attitude with the manager Frank was appalling.Ten of friends had a similar experience.Frank is the worst manager that we have come across.He had a bad attitude and didn’t do anything about the complaints.I hope that in the future that the Dros improves on the service and food and will acknowledge that customer service by a manager is very important.Regards M
