Double payment for a bill

I visited dros watermeyers on the 20th of March 2020 for a colleague's farewell party. On arrival we were not informed that the speed point was not working, only by the time we had to pay, the waiter told us that the speed point is not working but he can test it with my card, I did and he said it didn't go thru and I must go and get cash at the atm instead, on my way to the atm I received a message from the bank that the funds were reserved, I showed him the message but he insisted that I should pay cash and that the payment won't be successful. 4 days later the payment was successfully and since then I've been trying to claim back my money but the manager (Felicia) and the waiter (Thabang) are not being helpful at all, 4 months later and I still haven't received any help. Am finding this very irritating and unprofessional
