Rotten pork shank

I am sending this reviewed to share my nightmare experience at Dros Centurion. This afternoon at about 12:30pm I ordered a Pork Shank, when I received it it looked mouthwatering, I starting eating it but quickly noticed an unpleasant smell, I asked the waiter to smell it too, his facial expression said it all, he immediately took away the meal and apologized. For me it was too late because I had already ingested the ROTTEN PORK SHANK. I called the manager over and politely informed her about the incident. She apologized and offered me another meal, I told her that's not what I need right now I need medical assistance. I asked her to kindly send a waiter to go buy me allergex so that I could take safety precautions. She did, I continued to express my passed experience with food poisoning and I told her that I believe she's taking this matter lightly then she responded by saying "I'm getting annoyed at the fact that you're saying I'm taking this lightly" . I explained to her why I feel that she's taking the incident lightly by informing her that my meal went through several people prior it got to me, from the chef to the manager on duty to the waiter, those are 3 different people. I then asked the manage if they sell frozen food, she said, "Not the batch they prepared for me". I looked at her in disbelief. I asked her which method do they use to disfrost the frozen meat they sell. She explained that they take out the meat two day prior and leave it in the refrigerator. I am guttered!!! I CAN NOT BELIEVE I WENT TO A RESTAURANT and not just any restaurant but a whole *DROS* restaurant, WITH HOPES TO GET A WARM FRESTLY COOKED MEAL but instead I left home to go potentially collect my grave. What a disappointment.
