DROS URINAL IN CLEAR SIGHT OF PEOPLE VISITING RESTAURANT

We had a really bad experience at DROS in Bloemfontein on 12 September 2019. We sat at a table inside the building. We (group of 8 ) ordered sat and chatted and at a stage ,myself, my daughter and a friend was really shocked as we were looking straight into the toilets and a man was standing in front of the urinal which was clearly visible. The door was wide open after another man left the toilets leaving the door open behind him. A lady standing to the side close to the bar / coffee bar with her son, looked into my eyes with disbelief and we both just shook our heads. I did report this to the manager, and requested that they urgently do something about it. It is not a sight anyone wants to see while eating. The WORST is that this bathroom / toilets are for men and women and I saw a young girl waiting to go to the bathroom shortly after the incident. She battled to close and lock the door. This is another DROS episode waiting to happen and if DROS owners and management don't act quickly everyone will boycot them. We said that we wont go back to DROS unless the bathroom / toilet situation is sorted properly.
