R20 Special Nightmare

<p>My family and I arrived at Dros at 17:20. We had a seat in the bar waiting for a big table. About 30minutes after we arrived we were seated which is no problem as there were a lot of people. We placed our orders for the R20 specials and was advised that the burgers may take some time but we will get our drinks while we wait which is also no problem. 30min passed and no drinks, we called a waiter to find out where our drinks are and still nothing about 30min passed again and still nothing. At 19:20 we complained to the manager and we were advised that the special was finished and we can order from the menu. People arrived after us, ordered, ate, paid and left and we were sitting there still waiting for service.</p> <p><br />I don't care about the special. I care about the fact that we sat there for 2 hours with absolutely no assistance!!!</p> <p><br />I posted a complaint on Dros Middelburg facebook page. My post was deleted and I was not contacted by Dros at all. The Manager/owner could have had the decency to contact me and try and rectify the issue.</p> <p><br />I feel that it should not be left there at all. I have always enjoyed Dros but this is unacceptable as I had to make another plan to get my family fed at that time of night!</p>
