Terrible service

My afternoon was ruined at the Dros in Melville, we arrived at 12 pm and got the food after 2 hours even though we made pre-orders the previous day. My order was swapped, I got the wrong food and the fish I got was burned.I will never set foot in that eatery again... the service was really bad!!!
