Waited 40mins for food, to be told we need to wait another 60mins!

We ordered our food immediately as we came in. All seemed well. We got our drinks. 40 mins later and still no food, while everyone around us did get their meals. As I pull a random waiter and ask for our food, 5mins later he comes back to say that theyve run out of ribs and it'll take another 30mins for them to make some. Super hungry, we ask for the manager as its unacceptable. Manager comes and explains that there was a miscommunication in the kitchen and they've run out of ribs, it'll take another 60mins for our food to arrive!! Beauty part is that if we wouldn't have stopped a waiter to ask what the hell is going on, that no one would've informed us of anything!
