unprofessional management

myself and my boyfriend normally goes to dros but we never go when it's month end and this time around we did worst mistake ever. the waiter got the order rong he didnt understand even after saying things to him twice. so we complained about the food the ribs was dry and hard and just terrible so he calls the manager who is a complete ass the manager comes to our table and asked us what do we want him to do like really now that was our last visit at dros never going back.
