No service

On Saturday, 16 Dec at around 11:30am my hubby and I went to Dros as we love the food there but we were utterly disgusted and disappointed in the staff. Firstly, you have a load of them standing at the door like scavengers and then they take you to a seat they want you to sit at. When I pointed out to the waitress where we would like to sit which was adjacent to where she wanted to seat us she rep**** with a disappointed OK and allowed us to proceed. Upon arrival at our table I turned around to her but she had disappeared. Then another waiter who probably works those tables came to our table and said he will bring our menus shortly. We sat and waited for 7 minutes waiting on him while watching him chatting away with his colleagues at the door. We found this appalling and left there with a very bad taste in our mouths. As we bypassed the group of waiters including ours at the door we expressed our disappointment in them for not acknowledging us but all we got were blank stares as if we were lying. Sadly, our regular visits to Dros has come to an end.
