Disgusted!

Im not usually one to write bad reviews but this is not the first but the third time that i have been unhappy at Dros canal walk but this time was the cherry on the cake!!!!firstly they had no ice or lemon and brought me warm water than when i ordered my drinks order they got it wrong and forgot the lemonade with my cola tonic. Than they got my food order wrong. A simple starter meal. I explicitly asked for calamari with rice and not chips and what do they bring me....CHIPS!!!!The calamari wasnt well cooked and it was thick big pieces more like calamari steak. This is one of the busiest malls so the fact that it was busy should not be an excuse. I was there for about 30 minutes at most because after everything i just wanted to dine and dash. I that time i saw waiters take the wrong orders to the wrong tables. At one point they brought drinks to our table and when i said we didnt ordee they just took it and left without any apology. Really the worst service ever will never set foot there again im actually apalled!
