A waiter and manager challenging client

I was with my colleague at dros canal walk when the waiter desicides to remove the seat where we are sitting at a table without asking anything..... A few minutes later manager of dros Rian son of Jurgen comes up to me and says after I have been trying to calm the situation... He cannot deal with it now and I mustn't touch him as his girlfriend is at the bar .... Besides the disgusting service we have received the whole time my colleugue raised his view but was disregarded as waiter and management said that we are supposidly had too much too drink... After trying to calm the situation down after a previous attempt to mention to Rian manager and owner Jurgen of there staff being intoxicated on duty it was disregarded... The same gentleman named by a nickname name most likely Sox disrespected me and the people with me.... No respect for the cpa ad consumers that is paying there salary... The latest altercation was brought to management and nothing was resolved the staff member gave his own story of the incident and case was thrown out, after mention that to the manager he told me that mysmelf and everyone that came with me should not step in his establishment.... This happened about 20minutes ago on said date....... The 16 November 2017.... What type of establishment are you running if your staff namely Sox and management can disrespect a customer in that manner.... Hopefully one day I will get that call where I left all my credentials regarding the matter and the way management handles it. . Customer service does not mean serving good food......

Its called public relations and customer service for a reason when studying... N
