Not working and no support

I have purchased an e-commerce store from them almost 24 hours ago and still cannot access my store. The error message states that they are doing a system upgrade and I must check back in an hour, but nothing changes. Also, they brag on their site that you can have you store up and running in 1 hour. Their support is non-existent. I have tried the live chat and have sent emails, but no one gets back to me.
