With the promise that they would build my store for me and I was in communication with one of the advisors saying I have to buy the highest package which I did. I did not get any help. I emailed and DM on all platforms asking for a refund where he replies once asking about when I sent the request, only to ignore me after that (and he still posts messages after I sent him the messages on his *** group)
