It appears to be a common phenomenon where customers are more inclined to express dissatisfaction with subpar services rather than acknowledging excellent service when experienced.

Throughout my extensive interactions with Droppa, I have consistently received outstanding service from both the Johannesburg head office staff, notably Nox and Lebo, as well as the drivers, including Kgomotso, Bongi, and Thobela. Their professionalism and courtesy remain unwavering, irrespective of challenging conditions, such as enduring 38-degree heatwaves without air conditioning, driving all day, yet still managing to greet customers with a smile.

Particularly commendable is their willingness to go above and beyond in ensuring the same-day collection of shipments, even when bookings are made after the designated cut-off time. Not just once, numerous times.

This level of service significantly distinguishes Droppa from previous courier services I have utilized. Their responsiveness and immediate problem-solving capabilities—always available to answer calls and address any concerns promptly—are particularly noteworthy.
