Use at own risk

I tried Droppa for the first time and I am utterly disappointed, frustrated and filled with regret. After placing an insured order for x2 large boxed with expensive electronics, the items were delivered damaged and both Dropper and the 3rd party delivery company they use SkyNet refused to honor my damages claim. They refused because according to their terms and conditions, if you sign the delivery note handed to you by the delivery driver you loose the right to claim for damages should you find damages after taking delivery. Utter utter absurd. First of all, the drivers are always in a hurry and will not take time to have you unbox the goods and assemble them for testing. Secondly, the driver themselves do not make any attempt to inspect the contents of the parcel on delivery either. Lastly, Droppa does not inform its clients to check contents on delivery and simply shift liability to SkyNet. I am left hung and dry with damaged expensive electronics ;(

SkyNet, the actual company you use to do deliveries refused my claim and you repeatedly stood by their decision after I provided all the evidence you requested. It remains to be seen whether you will indeed resolve this mess given that the last email I received from your support team was 1 July 2024 at 14:29 wherein you stand by SkyNet's proof of delivery and state that if there was visible damage then the delivery driver would have reported it. Well, according to the photographs I sent you clearly showing signs of double stacking and folding, the driver's remarks on the delivery note that you and SkyNet rely on does not mention this.

Both parcels had many clear markings/stickers showing that they should handled with care but clearly that is not enough to guarantee care by your delivery "arrangement" with 3rd parties to ensure damage free delivery.
