Pleasantly surprised with delivery speed at an affordable rate

I booked the most affordable express delivery (with Skynet) through Droppa on Wednesday and was very stressed that the parcel would not arrive before the weekend as promised, since it was only picked up mid-afternoon in Joburg. But it then arrived in Langebaan less than 24 hours later, after going via Cape Town and Vredenburg. Also, the lady I spoke to on the phone when stressing about it was very friendly and professional. Really happy and will use Droppa again, thank you! I've dropped a star though because I would have liked some communication via whatsapp perhaps to let me know that the order was noted and a driver was on his way, and the app keeps freezing on my phone so I couldn't track it on the phone. But the important thing is that the parcel got there within 24 hours as promised!
