Nkosinathi Sindane - professional & good communicator. Website and agents need some work/training.

Nkosinathi Sindane was very helpful with a bookshelf I had to move. He was on time, professional and good with communication. Good service!

The website is well written. You select the type of vehicle to be used (1 ton etc.), the date & time and the number of people needed to assist with the moving of goods. You then get allocated a driver and they are in contact with you. The only element which needs work is the professionalism of the agents answering the phones as well as the "Live chat" which you don't necessarily get a response quick enough. I had to wait half an hour. Other than this, I received good service.
