Mostly good. Website interface needs some tweaking
Packages collected on time. Email helpline responds quickly and is very effective
Only downside is the user interface on the website. New interface charges you without confirmation, and waybill's statuses are not marked as delivered on the bookings profile. Have to check all of them manually.
