Exceeded my expectations

It's true when they say people react strongly to the bad and fail to report the good.

I am one of the lucky ones who have exceptional things to say about this company. It took less than than 24 hours to have my parcel delivered from Gauteng to North West, and I was even shocked myself because I wasn't expecting it to be that fast - after reading the reviews. And I was fortunate enough to have drivers who went back to my house after they thought no one was in the house when no one responded to their "hooter". So my advise to the drivers - please call the customers during collections instead of assuming that they will hear the car's hoot because not everyone will hear it.
