Dropped by Droppa.

I ordered a truck and 4 guys to move office furniture. Naturally, I had to pay upfront. The driver arrived about 2 hours before the scheduled time asked to look at what had to be moved. I showed him around and he left. Half an hour after the scheduled time he had still not returned. I eventually managed to get hold of him and he said that he would not do it because it would take the whole day. I called Droppa and they said they had noone else and the original driver would only be available in 2 days time. I told them it was impossible, as we were on our last day in the premises. We called someone else and they moved us within 4 hours!

Droppa said they would refund me, but more than a week later and despite my attempts, they have not refunded me.

The worst service ever. They just don't care. AVOID!!
