Droppa with Skynet not working

I have been using Skynet online for the past two years, every week picking up stock and dropping it off for my business.

Then they decided to partnership with Droppa, which I was excited for, but hey this partnership is really not working. Honestly skynet website was pefect I could request a pick up and drop off without any hassles , I could insert the location perfectly without any predictions, paying online was a breeze, everything was perfect . Since this partnership I struggled getting my payments through online,it’s been 4 days I can’t even track the parcel,ny parcels are not arriving, everything is just a mess. My bussiness is suffering. .
