Droppa & The Courier guy address recognition delays
If your website/portal does not recognize an address, then surely you can allow for manual address input or alternatively allow the site to enable the customer to pinpoint exact property location of collection or receiving point on the map. Now I'm faced with sending back and forth emails to "the courier guy" because of so called bad address yet I communicated strongly the correct address for collection in good time too. It's been three days and payment went through but still waiting for my parcel to be collected. Your site does not allow the customer to proceed through to the next page without recognized addresses so how are you going to address the addresses (Tshwane specifically) that are not recognized by the site?
