Droppa - A useless App and online service backed by even more useless service agents!

I tried today to my utter dismay to make a booking on this pick up service website and the experience and follow up was amongst the worst service I have ever experienced. Firstly it is impossible to add accurate addresses in the pick up and delivery windows in app (After much frustration i learnt that they can manually override this to be able to input this info so so much for "seamless online service". Then you have to accept the vehicle quote, with its inaccurate address information before you can find out what the labour options are with ZERO reference to this at any stage in the process! This is the most backward app or online booking system I have ever experienced. When i tries an agent for assistance they simply disappeared on me leaving me waiting and wondering if this was a **** business. Lastly when i actually phoned the company it seems like i would need to go through whole process manually to get it all to work! Useless in the extreme and cannot possible believe that the companies they advertise on their web site actually use the service
